Our guarantee is unconditional. We are not happy until you are completely satisfied with our products. If you would like to return your ordered item(s), please complete the following steps to facilitate the return process. 

To start a return, you can contact us at care@naturebright.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2525 Pullman Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92705, with attention to Hadiya Quidwai.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a Return Authorization number, which you will mark inside or onto the returned carton. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted."
